On 24 May 2025, in the Palatin in Wiesloch, the lights came on.
I stepped onto the DBFV Deutsche Meisterschaft stage in the Men's Physique class. Number 33. Trophy still in the wings.
48 weeks earlier, none of this was guaranteed.
Just a calendar. A plan. And a decision: this year, the title comes home.
Hour after hour, week after week. While others looked for shortcuts, I built the foundation. While others quit, I kept executing. Cardio at 5 AM. Meals weighed to the gram. Posing in the mirror until my hands shook.
When I left that stage, I left as Gesamtsieger — the overall winner of the German Championship.
