1.Right of withdrawal · Widerrufsrecht

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

2.1 Services already commenced

If you have requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3.Exclusion of the right of withdrawal · Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts

Important — digital content (PDF programs): In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal expires for contracts on the supply of digital content (e.g. PDF training programs) which is not supplied on a physical medium, if we have begun the execution of the contract after you

expressly consented to the execution of the contract starting before expiry of the withdrawal period; and
confirmed your knowledge that, by your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract.

Both confirmations are obtained from you at the checkout step before payment.

Personalised coaching: Pursuant to § 312g (2) Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods or services that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. This applies in particular to personalised training plans, nutrition plans, and one-on-one coaching.
